Michael Taylor is a second-generation broadcast and entertainment industry executive with more than three-decades of media sector experience. Michael has been a Broadcast Executive and a Producer, Executive Producer, Production Executive of more than a quarter of a billion dollars’ worth of Canadian content productions including 18 films, 12 television series, 2 specials and one mini-series. Recent productions include the award winning feature length documentary Villeneuve Pironi, which tells the story of Canadian Formula 1 icon Gilles Villeneuve and French F1 driver Didier Pironi.
Michael is also an automotive and motorsports journalist and member of the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC). More than 160 of his articles have been published by media outlets in Canada and the United States. He is the Co-Founder and President of TrackWorthy, an Award Winning global automotive enthusiast brand. He has produced and hosted more than 55 videos which have generated millions of views.
Michael was the exclusive Canadian distributor of thousands of hours of high profile US Network series including The Academy Awards Show (ABC), America’s Funniest Home Videos (ABC), The Bold & The Beautiful (CBS), Nightline (ABC), Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.
